Key Account Management Specialist

You independently strengthen the relationship with our existing customers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You work in close coordination with the rest of the team to make our customers happy. ✨

THESE TASKS SHOULD MAKE YOU HAPPY

• Responsibility for customer support in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager (B2B) and management
• Complete handling of customer inquiries by email and occasionally by phone
• Data maintenance for new existing customers
• Coordination and scheduling of shipments domestically and abroad (incl. customs declaration and/or freight forwarding)
• Close collaboration with our shipping team

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• You enjoy contact with people and have a strong service orientation
• You are reliable and work independently and precisely
• Initial experience in the areas mentioned
• You have business-fluent English skills, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
• You look forward to working in a young, motivated team
