Please note:

  • Only you or authorized persons can cancel contracts that are in your first and last name.

  • If you have signed up for different Happy Box plans or have multiple customer accounts with Happy Sprinkles that you want to cancel, please submit your cancellation request separately for each relevant Happy Backbox and for the respective customer number via this form.

  • A cancellation is possible in writing up to one day before the payment is debited at the latest, and takes effect according to the deadlines stated in point 6 of our terms and conditions. If you have not specified a later cancellation date, your cancellation will take effect at the earliest possible time.
