These heart-shaped strawberry cakesicles are the perfect recipe for Mother's Day – simple, sweet and full of love! From moist muffins, fruity strawberry jam and a chocolate coating, you'll conjure up little heart cakes on a stick in no time. 💖

Zutaten
4 moist vanilla or chocolate muffins (alternatively pound cake)
A few fresh strawberries for the filling
2–3 tbsp strawberry jam
200 g white chocolate (for coating)
Food coloring of your choice, here Colour Mill Lavender
Your favorite Happy Sprinkles sprinkles
Heart silicone mold for cakesicles
Drip of your choice, here Happy Drip Hot Pink

Und so geht's:
Melt half of the white chocolate, tint it in the color of your choice and pour it into the cakesicle mold, spreading it up to the edge. Apply a thick layer here and place the whole thing in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.
Finely crumble the muffins with your hands or a fork and place them in a bowl.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Gradually knead in the strawberry jam and chopped strawberries until a moist, moldable mixture forms.
Take the cakesicle mold out of the fridge and press the mixture into the heart silicone molds, inserting a wooden stick into each if desired. Place in the freezer for approx. 30 minutes.
Carefully melt the rest of the white chocolate and tint with food coloring if desired.
Pour the chocolate over the frozen heart cakesicles in the mold, coating them completely, and let cool again in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
Warm the Happy Drip of your choice, draw lines and sprinkle immediately with sprinkles. Let set briefly.
The cakesicles keep in the fridge for about 2–3 days and make an ideal, loving Mother's Day gift. 💖
